Have You Seen This Plate?

Or any like it?  I got an email from a gentleman asking if this was my work.  It is signed "McCormick" on the back.  In his search to find the creator, he found me.  But it isnt my work.  Anyone out there have any info?  Maybe know the artist? It was described as having a bust of JFK on the right, a "washed-out" bust of JFK on the left wearing a monkey mask, and a beautifully textured heart beneath
